We had a wonderful time at this venue, the food was delicious, and the location in the historic center was superb.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. The staff was especially helpful, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was close to the park and center, the restaurant, and visitor attractions.

Although the hotel can get busy at times, we found that requesting a room away from the main street ensured a peaceful night's sleep. It's worth noting that parking can be challenging, but taxis are readily available. The included breakfast offered a decent variety of options, ensuring a satisfactory start to our day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from the wooden floors and limited window views, our overall experience was delightful. We highly recommend this hotel for its charm, history, and convenient location in the heart of the old town.

Santa Lucia House - Forum is an upscale small hotel with modern and neat rooms complete with Colonial furnishings. The atmosphere of the property is elegant. The hotel provides amazing service. They offer parking nearby.

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and provided incredible service, helping me with my travel plans and even surprising me with sweets and a hot water bottle in the afternoon. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and super fast internet and it's own balcony in the superior queen room. Its location relatively near Tomebamba River was great and incredible.
